Welcome Rachel MacLeod: FIS’s New Product Consultant Welcome Rachel MacLeod: FIS's New Product Consultant We are thrilled to announce the newest member of our team at Force Information Systems Ltd (FIS), Rachel MacLeod, who joins us as a Product Consultant. Rachel will serve as the primary point of contact for our new Freedom of Information service and will be responsible for the development of analytical dashboards for Centurion on our new reporting tool, Insights. 

Rich Background in Data and Intelligence

With an extensive background as a Data and Intelligence Coordinator in PSD, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience to her new role. Her deep understanding of the challenges and needs specific to PSD makes her uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between professional standards and information technology. 

Technical Proficiency and Role Responsibilities

Rachel is not only well-versed in the practical aspects of PSD, but also boasts significant expertise in SQL and Crystal Reports. Her technical skills will be invaluable as she oversees the implementation and enhancement of our Freedom of Information service, ensuring that it is both robust and user-friendly. 

We are confident that Rachel's combination of PSD experience and technical acumen will make her a tremendous asset to FIS and our clients. Please join us in welcoming her to our team!
